Responsibilities

  • The School of Law is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative Associate V to provide advanced administrative support to multiple faculty members.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in general office or clerical work.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Required Education and Experience:
  • High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Education:
  • Higher education experience.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree.
  • Experience in coordinating travel in Concur a plus.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Sophisticated word-processing skills preferred.

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Compensation

  • $20.00 - $23.00/hourly ( Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire's experience).
