About the role

Project Manager - Joint Base Anacostia- Bolling EMI Services is seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious Project Manager to oversee a custodial services contract at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling.
The Project Manager will directly supervise a small team of personnel and serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives.
Salary $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections, personnel schedules, and incident reports.
Manage staffing, including scheduling, timekeeping, training, and performance evaluations.
Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, or issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure strict compliance with all security procedures, including escorting uncleared staff when required.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance required at time of hire with the ability to obtain SCI.

Experience managing services in cleared government facilities.
Prior experience with ISO or other quality management systems.
Familiarity with the Joint Commission or similar facility standards (if applicable)
