Responsibilities
- Lead all plant operations, including safety, manufacturing, staffing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration in partnership with the Plant Leadership team
- Own overall plant performance, including operating budgets, efficiency, and delivery of key business objectives
- Drive safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, operating plans, and policies aligned with plant and regional business goals
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple functions within a plant to deliver strong operational results.
- Its two Innovation Centers in Akron, Ohio, and Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg, strive to develop state-of-the-art products and services that set the technology and performance standard for the industry.
- Drives critical improvement in plant-wide performance, including safety, cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the plant meets both operational and business objectives.
- Leads the transformation of safety culture, establishing a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Experience driving organizational change and leading teams through transformation in a manufacturing setting.
