About the role
- As a Senior Manager of Business Development reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you'll play a critical role in creating growth in the ETF Listings business.
- This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- This role will serve as the senior business development lead and primary client‑facing representative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance/business or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in ETFs
- The ideal candidate will bring an established industry network, a strong commercial mindset, and demonstrate success in relationship-driven growth.
- They will be a clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Compensation
- The base pay range for this role is $98,000 - $181,000.
