About the role
- Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the specified and general upkeep of the Cleveland Temple Corps, its grounds and all related Corps and equipment.
- SEASONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with Christmas ministry between Angel Tree, distribution, and Kettles.• Assist in driving The Salvation Army's vehicles for supplies, equipment or service as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Develop and utilize purchase order system to ensure items purchased are needed and within the operating budget.
- Supervise, evaluate and maintain documentation as necessary for staff.
- Maintain a copy of the maintenance records of agency vehicles.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for upkeep of vehicles assigned to Cleveland Temple Corps.
- Sweep, mop, dust, strip, wax, buff, and maintain all floors in all areas throughout the building.
- Empty all trash receptacles, daily, throughout the building and replace them with new liners.
- Clean all offices and rooms in Corps building.
- Clean and replenish (toilet paper, soap, and towels) in all restrooms throughout the building.
- Replace all non-working light bulbs throughout the building.
- Remove snow and maintain sidewalks during inclement weather.
