About the role

- SIMPL operates as a distinct business unit with dedicated pricing and go-to-market authority across two verticals: urban intersection management and interurban highway, tunnel, and tolling detection.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform initial QA checks on equipment and materials for customer deployments.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and document RMA/returned equipment.
- Document testing results, technical issues, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense for customer service.
- Comfortable working with computers, networking, and electronic equipment.
- Able to work within Linux environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and accurately document results.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is dependable, technically curious, hands-on, and
- eager to learn.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their technical career to gain hands-on experience
- with AI, 3D sensing, hardware, networking, system testing, and real-world deployments.

Nice to have
- Degree or technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Background and familiarity with test script writing preferred.
- Familiarity with networking, AI/ML, LiDAR, 3D point clouds, or hardware testing is a plus.
