About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery: from understanding a problem brief to planning research, running user interviews, synthesizing findings, crafting a solution design, and handing off a validated requirements package
- Design research plans tailored to specific open questions, utilizing product instincts to select the right method for each question rather than following a fixed playbook
- Produce clear visual and written deliverables that drive alignment on project requirements and scope: presentations, process flows, wireframes, and scope documents for stakeholders, business users, and project teams
- Collaborate with the UX design team on information architecture and solution direction

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Demonstrated ability to distinguish a problem from a solution
- track record digging into solution-first requests to surface the underlying need
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams alongside designers and engineers

- Structured analytical thinking - you know what you're testing, what variables you're holding constant, and how you'll measure whether something worked
