About the role
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and a variety of tasks.
- As a Waste Technician, you will spend 70% of your time handling non-hazardous and hazardous waste materials, including collection, sorting, packaging, processing and some shipping/receiving.
- The remaining 30% will involve assisting at Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events, where residents drop off materials like paint, oil, and other household waste items.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventories of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
- Support Processing and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support processing activities related to waste management.
Compensation
- $15k-$30k
