Responsibilities
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in NetSuite (including detailed analysis to budget)
- Maintain the general ledger in compliance with GAAP (ASPE)
- Support external audits, reviews, and tax filings
- Maintain and document accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
- As needed, partner with Sales Ops / RevOps to resolve contract or data discrepancies before billing
- Maintain accurate customer master data across HubSpot and NetSuite
- Monitor AR aging, lead collections efforts, and follow up on overdue balances
- Own and monitor integrations between HubSpot, Customer Systems ex. Ariba and NetSuite
- Partner with systems and engineering teams to automate billing and AR workflows
- Support AP processing and coding in NetSuite
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year.
