Responsibilities
- Apply structured problem-solving, data driven decision making, and project management disciplines to deliver and sustain significant business results
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve Lean and Six Sigma training to grow improvement capability across the organization
- Support and develop Yellow, Green and Black Belts through hands-on project coaching and certification mentoring
- Hypertherm Associates is seeking an experienced, energetic Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead change and advance a strong continuous improvement culture on our Corporate Improvement Team in Kent, WA.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills, including applied statistics, with the ability to translate data and information into decisions and action
Nice to have
- Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Project planning or project management certification
Skills
- Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
Compensation
- $90,901.00-$151,503.00 Annual This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
