About the role

  • OPPORTUNITY The Senior Financial Analyst will report into the Manager of Finance.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Treasury, Operations, FP&A, and third‑party service providers.
  • The successful individual will have experience supporting financial reporting and accounting activities within an investment, asset management, or operating business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validation of contract, agreement, or system setups related to revenue and cost recoveries, including internal audit support where applicable.
  • Oversee the month end close process and timeline, including the review and commentary of monthly financial statements and financial reports, as well as monthly variance analysis and discussion to support actual to budget variances.
  • Help lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) for the 10-year plan including detailed review of budget assumptions and value add budget insight.
  • Document a process to ensure compliance across different funds based on partnership agreements.
  • Support the debt/capital monthly treasury function and other ad hoc reporting related duties.
  • Strong excel skills and ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent relationship building and a collaborative working style.
  • Building Effective Relationships - Collaboration and communication.
  • The individual will support accounting and financial reporting activities for a portfolio of operating investments and entities across the organization.
  • This role will also support broader reporting requirements, including playing a key role in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

  • Review monthly billings, invoicing, or revenue schedules and provide value‑added financial insights as required.
  • KEY QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant technical discipline.

Compensation

  • The expected base pay range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
  • Partner with operational and business teams to support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
