As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will bring Benevity's leadership programs to life through engaging, high-impact facilitation.

Deliver program content consistently and compellingly across a global audience, adapting facilitation style to meet the needs of different groups and contexts.
Support the end-to-end logistics of program delivery, including scheduling, participant communications, LMS coordination, measurement, and reporting.
Partner within the People Development Team and crossfunctional stakeholders to tailor content delivery based on audience needs and business context.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
Solid organizational skills; able to manage logistics and coordinate across multiple programs simultaneously.

Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills - you know how to read a room (virtual or in person) and keep people engaged.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in organizational development, adult learning, HR, or a related field.
Comfortable delivering content to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and how to apply them in a facilitated setting.
Experience with LMS platforms and virtual facilitation tools.

Facilitate leadership workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences that align with Benevity's "B a Leader" model and people priorities.
Support and maintain existing learning programs and content
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline administrative and design tasks, enhance content delivery, and personalize learning experiences.
3-5 years of experience in a facilitation, learning delivery, or people development role.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and

Facilitate team effectiveness sessions (e.g., team charters, working style workshops, conflict navigation) as this part of the role grows.
