About the role
- The Client Service Associate will begin their client service insurance brokerage training and development journey in Hylant's Foundations Training & Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Hylant's servicing tools and processes.
- Provide general administrative and document management support to client service teams such as preparation, printing, binding, and distribution of client presentations and other deliverables; run and distribute of reports; and physical and electronic client documentation management
- Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management system(s) including initial client set up, client information updates, policy details, document management, etc.
- Assist in policy/account activities by gathering, compiling and preparing necessary information, and following up & processing documents as directed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

Requirements
- Assist in compiling required documents for client renewals and submissions, as directed by appropriate client service team member.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Cross train in specialized property & casualty or employee benefits functions to gain a broad awareness of all client service functions.
- Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or the ability to obtain within 100 days of employment (limited exam attempts) and maintain in good standing.
