Requirements
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

- A technical foundation (BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience) with the ability to engage deeply on complex systems and components
- Strong track record in NPI, sourcing strategy, and project management
- Experience bridging engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
- Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers, negotiate effectively, and drive results under pressure
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (15-20%) to engage with global suppliers and teams
- Proven experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry is a plus

Compensation
- $129,700.00 - $220,500.00 Annually
- Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
