About the role

  • Under the direction of the Assistant Commissioner, the Human Resources Division, seeking a detail-orientated individual to oversee auditing of various timekeeping and leave of absence transactions.
  • The Administrative Staff Analyst (NM-3) will process time and leave transaction audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple human resources and payroll systems.

  • Support the timely and accurate resolution of audit findings,
  • Generate and analyze system reports in CHRMS, NYCAPS, and other applicable systems to support auditing and reconciliation activities
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as necessary to support operations.

Requirements

  • In compliance with federal Law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
  • 18 months of this experience must have been in an executive, managerial, administrative or supervisory capacity.
