About the role

  • This position serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertinent to the scheduling of and registration for the Masters' programs' courses in the Robert H.
  • This position is responsible for gathering, verifying, and recording all course information for an effective scheduling process.
  • In addition, this position is responsible for the setting up and scheduling of semesterly registration, on a non-standard academic calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures.
  • Able to manage multiple projects.

Skills

  • Knowledge of business acumen to understand key business drivers, organizational communications, and data.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
