About the role
- The Paymaster/Plant HR Generalist will assist in the execution of staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning.
- This hands-on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- Be able to assist with grievance administration
- Bachelor Degree required
- Must have experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing
- Prefer someone with previous Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment with modern HR processes
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 and includes a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
