Responsibilities
- Comfort operating across regions and stakeholder groups to hold a single global design standard, despite real pressure to add customizations
- Rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle time, quality, and customer/partner satisfaction
Requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles (CNC machining, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, injection molding) is a strong plus; comfort getting deep into geometry-based feasibility rules is required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus
Compensation
- The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $180,000–$207,000 annually + bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
