Responsibilities
- Along with Agile team Product Owner, perform analyses related to the implementation of new or revised business processes and software solutions to assist various company business and technical teams.
- Create, update, and maintain user stories for development work within the product.
- Regularly interact with business partners of all levels outside of the group and maintain good relationships with them.
- Create and maintain business and product artifacts, including requirements, business case documentation, scope documentation, process flows, and business rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and QA to identify and write test cases from the user story acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent
- Experience with business analysis or project management

- SQL knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors
