About the role
- Travel: 15%, Primarily a back-office role with occasional travel to data center sites.

- Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs to the correct internal reviewers. Monitor turnaround against contractual review windows, chase overdue responses, and maintain a clean audit trail of decisions and approvals.
- Maintain supporting documentation and reconcile the change log against budget trackers, purchase orders, and invoices in coordination with procurement and finance.
