- As a Content Safety & Policy Intern, you will play a vital role in protecting our brand integrity and ensuring a high-quality experience for our global audience.
Responsibilities
- Today, a diverse new generation of international comic artists have found a home on WEBTOON, where the company's storytelling technology allows anyone to become a creator and build a global audience for their stories.
- Partner with Content, Localization, and Editorial Programming teams to perform quality control and safety checks on episodes prior to publication.
- Support the policy team by drafting high-impact memos, policy briefs, fact sheets, and weekly trend updates.
Requirements
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- ability to adapt quickly to new internal CMS tools.
- Recent graduate or current Senior pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Sociology, Community Studies, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into actionable insights.
- Professional experience with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
Nice to have
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean or Japanese is highly preferred.
