Responsibilities
- As our Founding Operator, you will be the CEO's right hand - owning the most critical workstreams across the business and building out the operational backbone of the company.
- This is not an advisory role; you will have direct ownership of cross-functional initiatives, drive execution on company priorities, and help build and lead the team around you.
- Own and drive the company's highest-priority initiatives end-to-end - from scoping to execution to measurement
- Help recruit, onboard, and manage a growing team - you will be instrumental in building out operations, sales, and GTM functions
- Build the data infrastructure for key decisions - lead conversion funnels, unit economics, carrier performance, growth modeling
- Drive lead gen strategy, partnership outreach, and carrier relationship development
- Manage investor communications, deck iterations, data room, and follow-ups as we scale toward Series A
