About the role

Position Summary The Supervisor, Warehouse 1 will be responsible for helping the distribution center achieve the performance goals for productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position will directly manage a team within the Distribution Center.
Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate.
Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
Able to delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Office 365 and Word.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
3 plus years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.

Must have working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Knowledge of AX system is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses: No certifications needed
Works with department managers to establish the daily and weekly goals and objectives and ensures proper execution of tasks.
Ensure operations are conducted in compliance with OSHA standards
Assist team members with making improvements to their performance through coaching and mentoring
Meet company standards for productivity
