About the role

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Draft case processing documentation ensuring all applicable regulations and policies are adhered to and ensuring documentation is prepared with no grammatical errors or misspellings.

Requirements
- Must be able to obtain government security clearance.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are required.
- Experience reviewing complaints for jurisdiction (does not necessarily need to be HIPAA related, but experience overseeing and accurately track and complete intake on cases that involve federal policy violations)
- Ability to work in a team or independently in a busy environment is required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and coworkers, as well as a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion.
- Ability to produce quality work, meet critical deadlines and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $24.50 to 26.50, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
Visa & Work Authorization
- Must be able to obtain government security clearance
