About the role

We empower leading primary care groups, ACOs, and health plans to act on real-time insights that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and fuel sustainable growth.
You will serve as the primary point of accountability from post-sales handoff through the full customer lifecycle-owning not just delivery, but the success and evolution of each customer partnership.
This role will report directly to the Director of Implementation.

This role sits at the intersection of implementation, customer strategy, and long-term relationship leadership, ensuring our technology delivers meaningful impact where it matters most.
