About the role

The individual will work closely with executive leadership, business development, engineering, program management, and proposal teams to successfully transition opportunities from qualification through contract award.
This position is located out of our Orlando, FL office.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Military Science, or related discipline.
12+ of experience in DoD acquisition, capture management, business development, or program management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance required; Top Secret preferred or ability to obtain.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, National Security, or related field.
Former Marine Corps officer, acquisition professional, or senior civilian leader.
DAWIA / Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification.
Existing relationships across Marine Corps acquisition organizations.
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
