- About The Role & Team The North America Field Marketing team is responsible for driving regional growth by creating marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
- This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
Responsibilities
- Be the "CMO" of Amplitude's East Region - owning the marketing strategy end to end; developing regional programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth.
- Partner closely with regional Sales leaders to understand business priorities, identify whitespace opportunities, and build creative marketing plans tailored to the needs of the territory.
- Develop and execute a mix of first-party events, executive experiences, third-party sponsorships, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives that create meaningful customer engagement.
- Measure program performance through pipeline, influence, ROI, and engagement metrics, using insights to continuously optimize future investments and regional strategy.
- Collaborate across Marketing, SDRs, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Communications, and Revenue teams to deliver exceptional experiences and ensure alignment across every campaign.

Compensation
- $200,000 - $301,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

- Demonstrated success owning a regional marketing strategy that contributed measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to develop territory plans and execute integrated marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
- Ability to travel approximately 25-35% for regional events and customer engagements.
- Ability to work from our New York City office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week).
