This role serves as a working leader, performing all standard Ramp Agent duties while coaching team members and modeling exceptional performance.

Always promote and maintain a culture of safety.
Perform station leadership duties such as assigning flights for the day, scheduling and managing agents on a week-to-week basis.
Maintain clear communication with flight crews and other ground personnel.
Perform regular equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support McGee's successful business operation.
Self-motivated, with proven ability to lead and direct the work of others in a positive way.

The Lead Ramp Agent provides day-to-day‑ direction, guidance, and support to Ramp Agents to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality operation.
Deliver passenger luggage and cargo to designated locations.

Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry baggage and cargo weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more.
Ability to climb stairs/ladders and work in cramped or high places.
Manual dexterity required for handling documents and operating equipment.
Must be able to operate various ground support equipment (GSE) which requires a valid driver's license and the physical capability to do so safely.
