About the role
- Big, hard problems are our everyday work, and our team of intelligent, humble, and driven people make the impossible possible together.

- We encourage unique thinking and are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities

- Partner closely with Engineering and Product to turn release notes, new features, and technical manuals into engaging, actionable field training
- Build scalable, repeatable training frameworks, certification programs, and refresher courses that grow alongside our fleet
- Track and measure training outcomes, using data on feature adoption, certification completions, and support ticket trends to continuously optimize programs
- Maintain, version, and continuously update all training materials as our hardware and software rapidly evolve
- Experienced: 4+ years in technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement-ideally within robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments

- We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.
Benefits
- Technical Translator: Skilled at converting complex engineering documentation into intuitive, practical learning for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need it
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6-8 weeks for birthing parents (12-14 weeks total)
- 401(k) retirement plan through Empower
