About the role

We are seeking a Junior Trader with Fixed Income experience to join our trading team in Northfield, Illinois.
Help identify and evaluate relative value opportunities.
Monitor market conditions, liquidity, positioning, and macroeconomic developments.

Support relative value trading activity across fixed income and related markets.
Build and maintain tools, reports, and models to support trading decisions.

Experience on a relative value trading desk, 6 months minimum.
Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and improve through repetition.
Must be willing to relocate to the Chicago area.
Is curious about markets and willing to do the daily work required to build edge.
This role is built for someone with experience on a relative value trading desk who is hungry, disciplined, and willing to put in the work required to develop into a strong trader.
