Our partner is looking for an Analytics Lead, Full Stack based in Canada.
You will leverage advanced analytics, market insights, and financial modeling to optimize commercial performance and support international expansion.
You will collaborate closely with teams across partnerships, product, finance, engineering, credit, and capital markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in strategic decision-making, and the ability to combine technical expertise with business judgment.
6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role such as pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, or deal strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios.
Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Snowflake, Sigma, and programming languages including SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, pricing strategy, lending, payments, or related industries.
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate processes, and improve productivity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.

Monitor, test, and continuously improve pricing models, commercial offerings, and market strategies.
Communicate complex findings clearly and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $145,000–$205,000 CAD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
