About the role

  • This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philly Metro Region.
  • This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
  • Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test scripts to ensure work product is delivered error free and in accordance with requirements.
  • Analyze and validate data completeness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance to data standards.

Requirements

  • Following CSG processes and ensures all documentation required to install BenAdmin platforms is up to date.
  • Experience with PlanSource, Employee Navigator and/or ADP WFN desired.

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $85,000 USD

  • Minimum of five years of experience with a health and welfare benefits administration preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or education and experience equivalency.
  • Solid knowledge in the area of HRO/Benefits Administration (i.e., ability to represent CSG as a technical expert in front of clients.)
