Responsibilities

  • Review and develop electrical operating procedures to support operations, projects, and maintenance.
  • Work cross-functionally, coordinating with different departments and external partners.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventative and corrective tasks.
  • Establish systems and processes to measure and drive performance and improvement.
  • Investigate complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Support the medium voltage electrical team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of facilities, utilities, or power plant operations
  • Working knowledge of EIII and NFPA standards.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, or reliability engineering.
  • Technical understanding of emergency generators, electrical generation, UPS, ATS, SCADA, and control systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
