About the role

This position is the second of four levels of maintenance technician work to be performed at Wilcox & Flegel facilities throughout the Northwest.
This individual will be primarily responsible for general, non-specialized basic carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, construction, and simple maintenance of equipment.
Responsible to consistently role model our Core Values.

Responsibilities

Performs general, non-specialized tasks in the maintenance of Company facilities.
Performs basic carpentry, electrical maintenance, plumbing, construction, and simple maintenance of equipment.
Performs regular inspection, testing and repair of petroleum equipment, fuel storage systems, and fuel dispensing systems.
Performs general grounds keeping and cleaning of equipment, and facilities including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.

Requirements

Meet required attendance and punctuality standards established for the position.
1 year in maintenance environment required
non-license required basic electrical and plumbing work, HVAC cleaning and preventive maintenance, and light construction work.

Nice to have

2 years in a maintenance environment preferred

Skills

The results of this testing will be a condition of employment.
Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Simple hand tools Fuel and/or lube related equipment Heavy equipment (forklift, etc...) Vehicle
