About the role
- This is a hands-on, onsite role at our Mountain View headquarters.
- As Office Manager, you are the steady force that keeps the office running and the team supported.
- You'll set the tone each morning, anticipate the office's needs before anyone has to ask, and make sure people walk into an organized, ready space.
Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office functions, including supply inventory, mail, office cleaning and organization, and vendor relationships.
- Facility Management: Coordinate with building management to address facility-related issues and ensure a safe, clean, and functional workspace.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation across departments.
- Event Coordination: Book and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, handling logistics to execution.
- Employee Experience: Support a positive people experience, contribute to a workplace where employees feel welcomed and supported.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural doer who takes ownership and is accountable for seeing work through to completion.
- Takes initiative without being asked-notices when something is undone, unclean, or out of order and acts on it.
- Prepared and enjoys starting the day organized and ready.
- Brings professional maturity and good judgment, supporting the team wherever needed.
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Approachable and people-first, with high energy and a genuine interest in supporting others.
