Partner with facility management to conduct job hazard analyses and equipment/process risk assessments
Lead and execute the incident investigation program, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Coordinate and support site emergency response activities and training
Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors
Partner with equipment engineering on design reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance
Support management of EHS programs and processes, including coordination of internal stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions to enhance EHS performance
Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions

1+ years management experience
Familiarity with EHS management systems and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
Experience supporting risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS program implementation
Experience assisting with EHS audits and compliance activities
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably involving hazardous or flammable materials

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise.
New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.
In addition to base pay this position is eligible for tier based bonus and equity, healthcare, dental, vision, corporate discounts, paid holidays, PTO and sick time, 401K, employee relocation plan (if applicable)
