Responsibilities
- Principal Accountabilities People Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals with clear priorities, accountability, and growth opportunities.
- Build a culture of partnership, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, documentation, and responsible technology adoption.
- Balance team capacity across support, enhancements, strategic initiatives, and innovation.
- Technology Strategy, Portfolio & Delivery Own the USRD technology portfolio across applications, workflows, reporting, document management, and data integrations.
- Lead cross-functional projects from intake and prioritization through design, testing, deployment, adoption, support, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with enterprise technology teams to align solutions with architecture, security, data, integration, and support standards.
- Applications, Data & Innovation Lead USRD applications supporting real estate, design, construction, portfolio and asset management, reinvestment, finance, legal, and planning.
- Guide the development and support of Smartsheet, U.S. Portal, SharePoint, document management, Power BI, and Alteryx solutions.
- Ensure solutions address security, access, data quality, auditability, resilience, and user support.

- Experience in restaurant development, real estate, construction, finance, or another asset-intensive business environment is preferred.
- Promote sound practices for SQL, Python, web technologies, version control, testing, release management, and technical documentation.
