  • As a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer you'll be charged with improving and maintaining Apex's suite of Identity Services systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, optimization, and support of the entire lifecycle of employee access, account provisioning, entitlements, deprovisioning, and more.
  • Work directly with teams across the organization to support, maintain, design, and build IAM solutions that align with the strategy and growth of the firm.
  • You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing services and infrastructure that support our internal identity management, access controls, systems, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 5+ years of proven experience with a similar role, with a focus on Identity and Access Management solutions, SSO implementation and management.
  • Required Skills/Abilities
  • Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management technologies, including SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
  • Superior troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with an ability to localize failures in distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and their practical application in productivity.
  • Ability to write clear documentation, procedures, and runbooks.

Skills

  • Experience administering and integrating with enterprise tools such as Okta, Workday, Active Directory, Google Workspace, M365.
  • Strong skills in Python and PowerShell for scripting and automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
