- The Account Development Specialist team handles a high volume of inbound calls focused on education, service, and sales of Dental, Vision, and membership products.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledgeable and professional advocate for AMBA's association partners.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience on every call.
Requirements
- Accurately document all member interactions and sales activity in designated systems within required timeframes.
- While inbound calls are the primary responsibility, outbound follow-up and outreach may be required during periods of lower inbound volume.
Compensation
- $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses and benefits Role Overview This is a primarily inbound inside sales role supporting members and prospective members of large public employee and retiree associations.
