Title: Site Attendant Position Type: Temporary (Leave Coverage), Part Time (Minimum 6-Months) JOB SUMMARY The Site Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment at a single site located in downtown Squamish. Working independently, this role performs routine site inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance activities to
ensure the property remains organized, presentable, and operating efficiently. In addition to site responsibilities, the Site Attendant supports the maintenance of the company yard and workshop by assisting with general upkeep, minor repairs, material organization, equipment cleaning, and the receiving, inspection, and storage of deliveries. The successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with project teams, suppliers, and company staff.
This position is 7 days per week, including holidays, ranging from 2-4 hours per day with a preferred start time of 7:00 AM.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is 100% outside.
Individuals will be subject to varied weather including extreme heat and cold, rain and snow.
Individuals are encouraged to wear layers and sunscreen when required.
