About the role
- Compile data for accurate cost estimates, including material and labor costs.
- Participate in project hand-off meetings with project managers and site supervisors.
Responsibilities
- As a Self-Perform Estimator with Auld & White, you'll work in our office to support the estimating and bidding process specifically for our self-perform scopes, including concrete, carpentry, demolition, and drywall.
- Analyze self-perform scopes such as concrete, carpentry, demolition, and drywall to develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed scope breakdowns and budgets for self-perform work to support buyout and project planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant construction experience
- Working knowledge of construction methods, systems, and installations
- We've got deep local roots - proudly serving Northeast Florida for over 38 years
Skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
