We're looking for a marketing and communications leader who has built brands that matter.

We partner with global brands, artists, and studios to create award winning campaigns, films, and experiences that merge cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology.
An interest in entertainment, film or media marketing; you understand the culture, the craft and what it takes to build an audience
Experience building brands from a strong foundation to genuine cultural relevance
You will own Wonder's storytelling: brand, marketing, communications and social strategy end-to-end.
You will be someone who balances taste and design with the execution pace of a high growth startup.
You will own the marketing function end-to-end at a company at a genuine inflection point, lead the and build the team, and work directly with the founders to set the strategic direction on how Wonder shows up publicly.

Identifying and owning high-leverage distribution and brand-building opportunities

Work with a deeply engaged community and audience from Day One
Work at the forefront of AI-native filmmaking, marketing award-winning content that is genuinely changing how stories get made and who gets to make them

Experience managing press relationships, PR agencies or in-house comms functions, and navigating sensitive or high-stakes moments
Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow

You will be the person who ensures everything that goes out the door is aligned with Wonder's mission and vision.
