- Oversees the purchasing activities in procuring materials, equipment, and services.
Responsibilities
- May provide Coupa system support.
- Support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain vendor records.
- Support the preparation, review, and administration of vendor contracts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop RFPs, scopes of work, and sourcing requirements.
- Maintain compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- May provide Coupa system support, reporting, and process improvements.
- Proven ability to analyze and prepare bid documents and successfully negotiate vendor contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience or equivalent amount of work experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.
- 25% Discounted Rent at AIR communities (certain exclusions apply, and an application is required).
Compensation
- 15 hours of paid time annually to give-back to your community.

- Expected pay rate of $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus.
