About the role

The warehouse of the future contains high-density, high-precision racking with automated pallet shuttles (like our atlas 1D ) instead of wide aisles that forklifts need to pass through.
Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people.

Create, document, and coach associates and maintain employee review structures
Manage inbound, outbound, and internal shipments while ensuring customers are served in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment
Own shift handoff to ensure smooth transfer of responsibility between each shift
Perform regular system based checks to ensure best SAP warehouse maintenance
Maintain correct inventory levels/counts and create corrections when necessary
Manage fleet of lifting equipment to ensure regular maintenance and needed repairs are conducted in timely manner
Warehouse lead/supervisory experience
