This position is focused in the laboratory working on directed experiments in a safe manner.

BS in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemistry, or Polymer Chemistry/Engineering required
Formulation experience in personal care and colored cosmetic formulation, prototype developments required.
Experience with stability, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product quality, safety, and shelf-life routines for personal care required
Ability to devise new approaches to problems and situations without supervision

BS in other science field plus 2+ years in research laboratory work, or Associate's degree with 5+ years in research laboratory work
10+ years' experience in R&D laboratory work (15+ years preferred)
Surfactants knowledge preferred
Experience with Parr Reactors preferred
Experience with chromatography, spectroscopy, wet analysis, or other analytical techniques preferred
Experience with of scale-up processes, formulation optimization preferred
Demonstrated presentation skills preferred
English required
