About the role
- The Human Resources Associate II will assist with the day-to-day operations of the human resources office.
- The position will report to the Associate Director.
- Skill in the use of keyboards, automated systems, computers, and related software to facilitate assigned work; in organizing and executing multiple assignments under specific time constraints.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources staff and
- Maintain confidential employee personnel files and electronic records.
- Maintain HR databases and enter employee information accurately.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR information systems i. e.

Compensation
- $48,138 - $55,000
- Accounts (TIAA, Fidelity, or MSRP-Nationwide) with $600 annual state
