About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is an exceptional builder and embraces AI as a core part of software development.
- Success in this role requires strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to significantly increase development velocity without compromising quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.
- Develop AI-powered features that automate complex commerce operations.
- Build event-driven systems that process millions of transactions reliably.
- Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Own projects from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of databases, event-driven architectures, and system design.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
- Experience with some or all of the following:
- Required
- Demonstrated success building and shipping production software.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and engineering tools as part of daily development workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
