About the role

Drafts annual reviews including analysis of financial and other information, and presentation in a concise and accurate written form as prescribed by Credit Union.
Additionally, this position will assist with the administration of the loan portfolio.

Must be able to thoroughly analyze and make risk rating recommendations for simple and complex SBA and commercial real estate credits on an independent basis and demonstrate solid decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Current knowledge of all laws, rules and regulations pertaining to business/SBA lending and compliance.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and stress.
Knowledge of financial institution business services including lending methods and services.

Base starting range: $30.00 to $40.00 hourly commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
