About the role
- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance to the company risk management program.
- Also, has financial responsibilities for contributing towards and adhering to property budget.
- Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
