De-escalation Management: Implement strategies that foster positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones, helping individuals thrive in a safe environment.

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is highly preferred.
A valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance to travel to client homes or community events.
Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed, and work physically demanding tasks (specific lifting requirements may vary).
Strong communication skills -both verbal and written-and the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
